MONKEY AND FISHERMAN
The monkey and the fishermen :
A monkey came from the forests to the seashore. One fine morning, he was sitting on a boat kept on the bank and was observing people.
A group of fishermen came and took out a big fishing net. They threw it into the sea and went for fishing. The monkey was observing all these.
The monkey tries to use the net :
When the fishermen went away in the evening, the monkey came down and opened out the big net. He tried to throw it out into the water. In the process, he was entangled in the net. The monkey struggled during the entire night. The more it tried the more it was entangled.
The monkey loses his freedom forever :
Came morning, The fishermen came as usual and were amused to see the monkey trapped in the net. They opened out the net and took the monkey out after tying the monkey.
One of them kept the monkey under chain as a pet. In the process, the monkey lost his freedom forever.
MORAL OF THE STORY
- Never try to use anything if you do not know about it sufficiently. Otherwise, it is fatal.
- If you want to use anything, acquire enough knowledge before doing it so.
In studies :
- Before attempting any question (or numerical problems), acquire sufficient knowledge (fundas) and understand the question and then attempt the question.
- If you attempt questions without sufficient conceptual knowledge, then (like the monkey) you will lose your precious time and will feel very nervous which will be a problem in future.
