TRY TO DO YOUR BEST, BUT, WITHIN THHE RULES OF NATURE

LAW OF NATURE

The Lion king  :

A lion, the king of a particular forest,  once had the chance  of  hearing Goutam Buddha preaching Ahmisa to his disciples. He was so inspired by this that he wanted to enforce  Ahimsa  in  his forest.  He ordered that there would be no more  killings in his territory.

The innocent animals like the lambs, stags, hares directly benefited from this and lived in peace.

Carnivorous animals starve  :

Hunting was forbidden. So, the flesh eating carnivorous animals like the tigers, wolves etc. ate grass and tried to live on it. As they could not digest grass many of them fell sick and died.

There was tremendous food shortage :

Population of the herbivorous animals increased rapidly. They ate all the leaves, plants and all types of vegetations.

There was a tremendous shortage of vegetarian food. Some deer and rabbits attacked the tigers who had become weak and sick due to starvation. They took away vegetarian food stored by the tigers.

The population of the carnivorous animals dwindled.

Hares, rabbits etc. fight with each other.

A day came when there was no vegetation was left. Many of the non-flesh eating animals like the hares and rabbits started fighting with each other. They started killings their own fellow animals and ate them for survival.

The Lion king also is killed :

By this time, the kind Lion king also had fallen sick and became very weak. He was killed by a strong deer who became the new king.

Another lion comes   :

Soon, another lion from a nearby forest came to this forest. He killed the new deer king in no time and ate him merrily.

The natural rule returns  :

This lion became the new king. Nobody could challenge him. He changed the rules and permitted all the natural processes to continue. Thereafter, the surviving carnivorous animals started recovering. Slowly the balance of natural existence returned.
